Salt Halotherapy/Salt Cave is back at Total Vitality Centre now serving the lower mainland. Derived from the Greek word, Halo meaning Salt, this natural remedy dates back to the 11th century where people used to sit in Salt Caves of Eastern Europe to seek relief from respiratory ailments.
How it Works:
Clients inhale salt particles in the air (salt aerosols) produce by our halogenerator. The concentration of salt aerosol does not exceed natural levels found in various salt mines/caves where respiratory clinics are located.
